Proud American’s With Proud Veterans Walkathon at Camp Blount Historic Site in Fayetteville Tn. This open to All Proud Americans to come Celebrate our Veterans at this Amazing Location. There will be two parts of the course. The basic course that is suitable for those that like to casually stroll and walk with their families and children. There is also a more advanced part of the trail that continues into the woods along the side of the Famous Elk River. The trail path is more difficult and runs right along the side embankment of the Elk River. The Basic is 1 mile of nice cut grass trail that is Easy/ Novice Level. The Second Phase is more challenging with the Trail leading around the River View side of Camp Blount. This is where those that want to challenge themselves can do so. This includes carrying a Ruk Sack or bringing any other items that you feel like would create a challenge for you to carry along the second phase of the walk/run. So get your gear and crew together, along with your patriotic colors and come support this historic first annual event!
